The returned item - should be in the original package & unworn. All of our returns do go through a quality control, so please make sure you return the item in the exact state you have received it. Your refund will depend on the state of the returned goods
Full price items - we can offer you a refund or an exchange without any problem
Sale items - unfortunately we cannot refund sale returns, but we are more than happy to exchange them for you. This includes the following reason; if you don't like it, or the item doesn't fit.
Conditions of refunds/exchanges
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase (Local Uk Orders) Or 30 days for (International Orders)
- Items must be returned in the original package, in its original condition, unworn
- Original tags must remain attached
- Sometimes make up stains remain on items that have been tried on, these will not be accepted. Please be very careful when trying things on if you intend on returning the item
How to return an item
- Ensure the items are in their original condition/ tags intact
- Send the item back to us including a printed copy of the receipt you received from us (please note the receipt is your proof of purchase, keep it until you are 100% sure you are satisfied with your product)
- Post the items back to the address in Contact Us
- Once the package has been received at our end we will process it right away & confirm the refund with you via email (refunds will be made to the same card you used to purchase the item with)
- If you'd like an exchange, we will post you the order FREE of charge
- Refunds will be given only for the full priced items (sale items can't be refunded)
- Exchanges will be made only if the item/size is available, otherwise we will give you a credit note/refund
- If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will gladly refund you for the total amount of your order.
- Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Mantra Fitness Apparel, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited
