Q - I live in the US and it has been 2 weeks since I placed my order, what next?

A - We normally allow up to 2 weeks for a parcel to arrive - so please allow an extra week or so. If it has been over a month - please get in touch.

 

Q - I don't have a tracking number, why?

A - In order for us to send our packages tracked, we need to charge you a fortune. We don't believe our customers should have to pay as much for their package as they have spend on a total order with us. So for that reason, we use standard shipping, we have never lost a parcel since & our customers are happy :)

 

Q - Can I take my leggings in the water?

A - YES

 

Q - Where is My Mantra Active based?

A - The brand is based in the UK.

 

Q - I own a lot of My Mantra Active wear - can I become a brand ambassador?

A - YES. Please email us at info@mymantraactive.com so we can set you up.
