The best protein oats recipe you have ever encountered + a little badness
Sometimes you just need something quick, simple & with a little bit of badness in it ;) Who's in for a bit of badness on this one?
So today, we'd like to share with you another yummy & simple breakfast recipe that we made this morning. We had some blueberries smuggled into Thailand from the UK by some family members, so we made sure to freeze them right away before they all went off and use them only for very special occasions.
Any kind of berry out here costs an arm & a leg, so it was only natural to request something as bizarre as fresh blueberries when family came to visit + a ton of dark chocolate.
Here we go.
4 tbs of rolled oats
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
1 scoop of vegan protein
2 squares of chocolate
How to prepare
1 - Add oats and water into a pan and cook until almost ready
2 - Add the blueberries 2 minutes before the oats are ready
3 - Add the protein once the oats have been cooked and add extra milk if too thick.
4 - Top it up with everything you have in your cupboards, or just stick to our toppings ;)
