Treat yourself to a healthy dessert this Valentine
These healthy treats are not only perfect for Valentine's, but also for every day. If you love healthy, guilt free treats & you're looking to stay on track, trust me you won't need many of these little sensations. They're not only rich and nutritious but they're also very filling at the same time. 6 of these with a cup of tea/coffee is more than enough.
Let's do this:
1 small bag of macadamia nuts
1 box raspberries
1 bar of 70% or 85% dark chocolate
1 - Fill each raspberry with a macadamia nut
2 - Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl
3 - Using chopsticks or something alternative, dip each raspberry in chocolate & place on tinfoil which should be placed on a plate/board
4 - Place in the fridge to set
5 - Leave for 30 min
6 - Don't be greedy, 6 in one go is enough ;)
