Chocolate Dipped Peach Slices - 30 cal Per Slice

The more i run this blog the more i realise that my recipes have to be easy & simple to make. I like eating healthy & putting minimal effort into this process, let's be honest we live in a crazy & manic world, so it's very easy for our diets to become the same. With this blog, i am keeping myself challenged to come up with new ideas & to help you guys stay on track too.
Eating healthy is no longer a painful & expensive experience. Let's all work together & keep sharing these recipes. I believe that in order to change the world, you start within yourself first. So here i am, sharing my own little creations. 
2 peaches
2 heaped tbs of solid coconut oil
or 4 normal tbs of melted coconut oil
2tbs of sweet carob powder
1 - Slice each peach in 6 slices & cool in the freezer for 30min
2 - Melt the coconut oil & mix with the carob powder
3 - Dip each slice half way in the coconut oil & it will set right away
4 - Sprinkle either crushed nuts/coconut flakes/any seeds
5 - The coconut oil will set straight away because the peach slices have been cooled first
