1 - Tamara Levinson-Campos, have just googled your name & i was truly shocked. Not only do you have photos next to Madonna but also you have been in Step Up 3 & Princess diaries. Please explain yourself :)

Hahhaha, Google seems to have explained it for me lol. I have been a professional dancer and movement artist for a good majority of my life. I have been very fortunate to have made a career doing what I love (dance) and thus been able to have many uniquely wonderful experiences through my craft.

2 - Tell us more about Yogance & how you started it?

Yogance is my baby. It's a culmination of everything I have done, learned & experienced up till now. On the surface its a perfect mix of dance and yoga. Bringing together the best of both worlds into one beYOUtifully crafted intelligent fitness regime executed with the artistry, grace and creativity of a dancer. I have been a professional mover for over 30 years. I have trained in many styles of dance, aerial arts, contortion, yoga, gymnastics and was an Olympic athlete in the sport of rhythmic gymnastics. All of these genres of movement demand something YOUniquely different from the entire self beyond the foreseeable limits of the body. Yogance brings together all aspects of each of those movement qualities to work the body, mind and soul cohesively. Therefore, when we look further into what Yogance really is its more than just body movement. It's mind movement which translates into life movement, energy movement, really coming in tune with our authentic selves without limitations or judgements. We become limitless in every way connecting to our true essence of self . So in other words, you could say Yogance is my life's work and it started from the day I was born, it just didn't have a label yet :)

3 - How do you overcome challenges?

Self love and self worth. If I truthfully love myself deeply as I am without restriction, I know that I am capable of anything I set my mind to. If I think I am enough (perfectly imperfect) and that I am and worthy of receiving love and fulfilling my greatest dreams, than I am willing to look challenges (otherwise known as fear) in the face and not allow fear to win. Overcoming challenges is a mindset or mind movement (mind power) as I call it. It's our CHOICE if we choose to let fear win. We are the leaders of our life. We decide what we will allow or not allow.

4 - You are a very energetic person & from the looks of it also a very busy woman. How do you keep up with your busy schedule & how do you like to recharge?

I keep up with my schedule by not having a schedule. I play by by own rules and only do what I love. If I'm not passionate about it or don't believe in it wholeheartedly than I don't do it (no matter how much money it pays) because my authenticity and respect to my self love and worth wouldn't allow me to do a good job. Because I only do what I love, my life is my recharge. I live my recharge on the regular. I choose happiness first and that means living my passion. I do not make exceptions when it comes to this.

5 - You have a gorgeous body, what does your physical/nutritional routine look like?

I've always been incredibly active. I love moving and sweating. It makes me feel alive. My body is used to this kind of extreme activity having been an Olympian and training excessive hours

for many years, so when I don't move I get depressed, therefore being active is not an option for me, it as important as eating and sleeping. As far as diet/food intake I listen to my body. I don't restrict. Whatever it wants I give it. How ever much of it it wants it gets it. I'm in tune with my body so profoundly, like a lover, that we work together to make each other happy. We respect each other immensely. I eat like I love myself. Self love, there it is again.

6 - Do you like traveling? Where have you been & what's your favorite destination?

I LOOOOOVE traveling. I could travel every single day for the rest of my life. I think there is no greater gift and no better form of education. When we travel we become more understanding and compassionate. We see that within all our incredibly beautiful cultural differences we are all the same. We all feel, hurt, love, hope, cry, etc. This is humbling in the most inspiring way. I have been all over the world due to performing on three world tours with Madonna as a dancer. That was by far the best part of that experience, I was able to see the world. I love every place for different reasons. They all resonate with me. Reinforcing the true sentiment that we are one.

7 - What was the craziest & most incredible thing that has ever happened to you?

Being born.

8 - If you ended up on a deserted island, what would be the 3 things you would take with you?

My man. My dog. My parents. (Technically that's four but my parents come as one soul combined). And technically they are not "things" (lol no disrespect) but material things will never compare to my loved ones. When we have love, material things are unnecessary.

10 - If you had endless powers & you could do absolutely anything, what would that be?

I would rid all the people in the world of ever feeling like they are not enough. Imagine a world full of people with self love. I believe this would take care of every other problem we have. When you authentically love yourself (not to be confused with vanity, narcissism or egoism) you are peaceful within yourself. This rids us of jealousy & greed. We become more giving, kinder and compassionate. If everyone felt this way we would all give freely. If we all gave and shared freely without expectations many problems would easily be resolved.

11 - Would you like to share a message with our readers?

BeYOUtifully YOUnique. Never ever let anyone tell you your not enough just the way you are. Your uniqueness is your power. That's what makes you YOU. There is no one else in the world exactly like YOU and that is to be celebrated. Share YOUrself with the world authentically because that is your gift!

Thank you Tamara for taking your time to share these beautiful thoughts with us & our followers.

This incredibly beautiful and talented soul has given me so much strength since I discovered her a few months ago on Instagram. Her yogance art is so expressive of her personality and inspirational beyond words. This blog is so moving, her voice resonates with me as I feel she speaks from the depths of her of heart and soul. I danced many years ago and just two years ago discovered yoga which has recently become my strength and focus. It makes you want to be a better person, and bring good to people in life. Her words are so true. Thank you for your strength hope, sunshine, and all round fun soul! What an incredible soul ❤️ Much love and light.
